## 🧭 Project Overview
Designed a production-ready infotainment interface for electric vehicles with modular, driver-focused interaction models. Focused on safety, clarity, and minimal cognitive load while enabling seamless access to navigation, media, climate, and drive modes.

## 🛠 Problem Statement
Drivers face distraction due to cluttered and nested infotainment systems. The challenge was to create a touch-first, glanceable, and context-aware HMI that scales across screen sizes and adapts to driving conditions.

## 🔍 Process

**User Research:** Ride-alongs, user interviews, benchmark analysis of OEM systems, and safety standards (NHTSA, ISO).  
**Insights:** Glance time must be under 2s. Users expect persistent climate access and predictable spatial layouts.  
**Design Solution:** Card-based layout, night/day themes, visual feedback for drive modes, 48dp+ tap targets, modular scaling.  
**Testing & Iteration:** Figma prototype tested with 15 users. Iterated on color contrast, minimized menu depth, and refined climate controls.

## ✅ Outcome
- 42% improvement in task completion time over previous OEM baseline  
- Design scaled to 10–15” displays and considered in HUD roadmap  
- Enhanced driver safety and reduced visual clutter

## 💡 Key Learnings
- Simplicity = clarity, not minimalism  
- In-car UX must balance visual design with physical context (motion, light, distraction)  
- Automotive HMI requires close collaboration with safety, hardware, and motion design teams

## 🧭 Project Overview
Zara is a Spanish multinational clothing and accessories, retailer and part of the Inditex group, one of the world’s largest fashion retailers. Zara is known for its ability to quickly respond to changing fashion trends. The brand operates globally, with a significant presence in the fashion retail industry.

## 🛠 Problem Statement
Zara’s previous website faced usability issues due to cluttered layout, inconsistent navigation, and poor tracking of user actions like favorites and cart additions. The challenge was to redesign the experience to be minimal, consistent, and intuitive across devices while preserving Zara’s brand identity.

## 🔍 Process
**User Research:** Conducted qualitative interviews with 15 fashion-savvy users and evaluated current website pain points. Benchmarked leading fashion retail websites for UX patterns.  
**Insights:** Users desired easier navigation, visual consistency, and quicker access to saved items. Visual overload and layout inconsistency were key frustrations.  
**Design Solution:** Introduced a minimalist card-based UI, persistent header/footer navigation, improved search and filters, and clear product categorization.  
**Testing & Iteration:** Built interactive Figma prototypes. Tested with the original 15 users, iterated on menu structure, font readability, spacing, and checkout flow based on feedback.

## ✅ Outcome
- 60% reduction in bounce rate (measured via simulated flow testing)
- Improved cart + favorites visibility and usability 
- Seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile formats
- Clean, brand-aligned layout with clear product emphasis

## 💡 Key Learnings
- A minimal design must still guide users with clarity and hierarchy 
- Consistency in layout, spacing, and type builds user trust  
- Fashion retail UX must balance visual engagement with transactional efficiency

A fully custom-designed website for DJ Fitness that promotes fitness services, classes, trainers, and membership plans.
The site was built from the ground up with a focus on high-impact visuals, clear structure, and motivational content.
It delivers an engaging and goal-oriented experience optimized for desktop and mobile users.

## 🛠 Problem Statement
DJ Fitness needed a brand-new digital presence to attract fitness enthusiasts, showcase offerings, and drive conversions. The goal was to create a bold, motivational, and action-driven website that builds trust, presents information clearly, and encourages users to sign up or inquire.

## 🔍 Process
**User Research:** Interviews with trainers, gym members, and studio managers to understand what users look for when choosing a fitness service. Competitive analysis of gyms and fitness brands helped refine structure and tone.  
**Insights:** Visitors want quick clarity on class types, pricing, and schedules, Visual motivation (muscular bodies, energetic scenes) drives emotional engagement.  
**Design Solution:** High-contrast black/red color scheme for intensity and boldness, Scroll-based modular layout with dedicated blocks for each section (services, classes, plans, reviews), Micro-interactions and call-to-action buttons designed for conversions, Integrated social media and newsletter sign-up for engagement growth.  
**Testing & Iteration:** Tested early mockups with 8 fitness users. Iterated on hierarchy, font sizing, plan comparison clarity, and content chunking. Enhanced mobile usability and button visibility.

## ✅ Outcome
- Complete brand-aligned custom website, visually engaging and functionally intuitive
- Optimized conversion flow with strong CTAs and visible pricing tiers
- Users praised the layout clarity, motivating visuals, and trust-building trainer sections
- Clear information architecture led to better task flow completion in usability testing
